ARRIVE EARLY

There's nothing worse than rushing into the Studio. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled class time, especially if it's your first visit. This is important because the instructor will go over each station before the beginning of class  - which is helpful for efficiency! Be sure to tell the front desk if you're a newbie.  We'll need to get you set up on the MYZONE system, and introduce you to the instructor. 

 

SIGN IN SHEET

Make sure you claim your spot in class.  If you signed up in advance, your name will be listed on the sign-in sheet.  You will be asked to initial next to your name, so we know you're here. Note: If you haven't signed in 5 minutes before class starts, your spot may be released.

 

NEW MEMBER WAIVER

If it's your first visit, we will need your info.  Fill out a new member waiver when you arrive. *Please note, anyone under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver in person!

 

LOCKERS

Our complimentary lockers have coded keypads so no need to bring a clunky lock.  If you're not familiar with the system, ask the front desk or read the directions inside the locker.  They are super easy to use. 

 

STUDIO SAFETY

Our Studio provides a full-body experience and like any new fitness routine, you may want to chat with your doctor before your first class.  Also, if you're new to MYZONE or to a particular instructor, please let us know - we are happy to answer any questions. Our instructors are there to inspire you and lead a great class - but we ask that you listen to your own body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. Stay hydrated, and refill your water bottle on the way out! If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms after your work out, please don't hesitate to seek medical attention.

DRINK-UP!

The key to a great experience is staying hydrated.  Be sure to drink water before, during and after your class.

 

SNACK

Please eat a little something before you exercise.  We recommend a light snack 30 minutes before you come to the Studio.  In a  pinch, there are protein drinks and proteins bars available for purchase.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Something lightweight and breathable is your best bet.  It's not a fashion show so wear what you have - no need to purchase the latest gear from Nike or Under Armor. Make sure to bring comfortable athletic shoes and a big smile!
